Our products are designed for professional use, if you are a lash lift artist, brow artist or beautician, you can simply start shopping in the shop section. Don’t forget to create an account in order to have all your orders saved in one place and to collect your loyalty points for rewards!
Immediately after successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Not received? It may have ended up in your spam-mail. It is also possible that you accidentally made a typing error in your e-mail address. Do you have a question about your order? Please send us an email to orders@thehouseofbeauty.ae
After you place your order, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse and the package is often packed right away. We would love to help you, but unfortunately most frequently changes can no longer be accommodated.
Shipping costs are 35 AED for letterbox & parcel post. It’s also possible to send the packages with insurance for 70 AED, so you will be always covered in any case of getting lost by the carrier.
Shipping cost for outside the Emirates are 165 AED but can vary depending on the weight and volume. Expect 1-3 days for delivery outside of the UAE. During the ordering process the final shipping costs will be calculated.
No, it not possible (yet) to specify a delivery date to your order. You can always use the notes option at the checkout page to leave your preferences about the delivery that we will always try to endeavour when possible.
Once you have placed an order, we can no longer accommodate any order changes. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to let us know as soon as possible by emailing orders@thehouseofbeauty.ae or via whatsapp +971585777505
Payment can be made through Paypal, Bank, Bancontact (for all customers), banktransfer and Stripe.
In the order confirmation you receive by email, you will find a link to download the invoice. Didn’t receive an order confirmation? It may have ended up in your spam. Or maybe you made a typing error in your e-mail address, as a result of which you did not receive the invoice. You can find all your invoices in your account.
We will do our absolute best to make sure you have your Beauty products as quickly as possible, we ship 6 days a week from Monday – Saturday. Orders placed before 15.00 hour will be shipped in 24 hours. We try to arrange next day delivery but please order on time and calculate 2 – 3 days delivery time depending on our partners that arrange the delivery.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by invoice. All orders must be paid during the ordering process.
Yes, you will get an email with track and trace as soon as the order is processed.
