How to use

Mix Belmacil tint with Belmacil Oxidant 3 percent following the colour chart ratio, apply to clean, dry lashes or brows, develop for the time shown on the chart, then remove with a damp cotton pad. Patch test 24 to 48 hours before every first treatment.
