Lash Lift Refills UAE: How Multi Station Salons Keep Every Treatment Fresh with Sachets
Picture a salon in Dubai with five lash stations. With a bottle system, that is five open bottles of lifting lotion and five open bottles of fixing lotion, each one losing strength from the day it is opened, each one at a different stage of going off. Station two has a fresh bottle, station four has one that was opened three weeks ago, and nobody can tell which client will get the lift that does not take.
That is how one oxidised bottle quietly ruins a week of results and costs you a free redo. There is a simpler way to run it. Instead of a bottle per station, you keep one box of single use sachets and hand a few to each station at the start of the week. Every artist opens a fresh, full strength sachet for every client, nothing sits half used on a trolley, and your product cost is the same at station one as at station five.
In this guide we explain, in plain English, how that works in practice, which formula suits each client, how to store your refills in UAE heat, and where to order them with fast delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider GCC. At The House of Beauty we are the authorised UAE distributor for Elleebana, Miko by LBLA and Maxymova, so every product mentioned below is stocked locally and ships from Dubai.
If you only read three things
Five stations do not need five bottles. One box of sachets, split by bookings, keeps every treatment fresh and every artist working from the same product.
Cysteamine formulas (Elleebana Profusion, Miko) are the safer default. Fast TGA formulas (One Shot, Supreme) are for classic lash lifts on strong lashes only, never for brow lamination.
A Miko or Bella sachet pair covers lashes and brows on the same client. Two service fees from one sachet, then a finishing step you charge for and a retail serum at the desk.
What is a lash lift refill and why does it matter?
A starter kit gives you most of what you need to perform the service: shields, adhesive, tools and a small amount of lotion. A refill is different. It only contains the lifting and fixing lotions, because those are the products you use up fastest. For a busy salon, the refill is the heart of the service. It decides how consistent your results are and how much profit you keep from each appointment.
Professional refills from brands like Elleebana come in single use sachets. Each sachet is one full treatment, sealed until the moment you open it. That small detail makes a big difference, and here is why.
Sachets vs bottles: what actually happens to your product in Dubai heat
Lash lift lotions work by breaking the bonds inside the lash hair so it can be reshaped, then fixing the new shape in place. The active ingredients that do this job are sensitive to oxygen. The moment you open a bottle, air enters, and the product starts to weaken. This is called oxidation.
In a cool European salon, a bottle might stay usable for a few weeks. In a UAE salon, where the room is often warmer and the product may sit in a treatment room near a window or under bright lights, that window shrinks fast. Heat speeds up the reaction. This is why so many artists here see slower processing, patchy results or lifts that simply do not hold, even when they followed the same steps as last month.
The bottle
- Starts weakening the day it is opened, faster in a warm room
- Five stations means five bottles ageing at five different speeds
- Same open container dispensed from across every client
- A bottle that goes off halfway has cost you double per treatment
- Works only for one busy artist who finishes it quickly
The sachet
- Sealed until you tear it open, full strength at 10am and at 8pm
- One box for the whole salon, handed out by bookings
- Opened in front of the client, empty straight in the bin
- Cost per treatment is fixed, at every station, every time
- Identical lift from your senior artist and your newest hire
Five stations, one box.
How a multi station salon runs sachetsThis is where the sachet system really pays off. A bottle system scales badly: more stations means more open bottles, more product ageing at different rates, and more guesswork. A sachet system scales perfectly. Here is how a five station salon runs it.
- Buy one box, not five bottles. A 10 pack of Profusion sachets is 10 full treatments. For a salon doing around 25 lifts a week, that is three 10 packs, ordered together, stored in one cool drawer at reception.
- Distribute by booking, not by station. On Monday morning, each artist takes the number of sachets she has lifts booked for that day, or that week. Station one with eight bookings takes eight. Station five with three takes three. Nothing sits open on a trolley.
- Same product, same result, every chair. Because every sachet comes from the same sealed box, a client gets an identical lift whether she is with your senior artist or your newest hire. That is what a consistent salon reputation is built on.
- Zero half empty bottles. When an artist is off for a week, her sachets simply stay in the box for someone else. With bottles, her open bottle keeps degrading on the shelf whether anyone uses it or not.
- Cost per treatment stays fixed. A bottle that goes off after 15 uses out of 30 has cost you double what you thought. A sachet costs the same every single time, at every station.
Hygiene improves too. With sachets, each client gets her own sealed portion, opened in front of her, and the empty goes straight in the bin. Clients in Dubai notice this, and it is an easy thing to point out during the consultation. A bottle can still work for a single artist doing many lifts a day from one chair, because the product is used up before it has time to degrade. Even then, keep it tightly closed, out of direct light, and write the opening date on the label.
Keep all lash lift refills in a closed drawer or cupboard, away from windows and away from the wax heater or any warm equipment. Aim for room temperature or cooler. And please, do not keep them in your car between appointments, even for an hour. A Dubai car in July is an oven.
Monika Ludwiczak, FounderWhich lifting formula is right for your client?
Not every lash needs the same strength. Choosing the right base formula is the second biggest factor in getting predictable results, after freshness. Professional lifting lotions fall into three groups, and we stock a sachet option in each one.
Thioglycolate (TGA): fast, strong, classic lash lift only
FastStrong lashesClassic liftNot for browsNot for Korean lift
Thioglycolate lotions are made from thioglycolic acid, so you will see them called TGA formulas on packaging. These are fast. They process quickly and give a strong lift on coarse, straight or stubborn lashes. The trade off is that they need precise timing. Leave them on a little too long and you risk over processing, which shows up as frizzy, weak or over curled lashes. They also have that strong perm smell most clients recognise straight away.
One thing we want to be very clear about: a TGA lotion is a classic lash lift product. It is not the right choice for brow lamination, where the hair is coarser but the skin is right there under the lotion and the hair needs to lie flat rather than curl, and it is not the product for the soft, natural Korean lash lift finish. Keep One Shot and Supreme for classic lifts on strong, healthy lashes in confident hands, and use a cysteamine or cysteamine blend system for everything else.
Elleebana One Shot Lash Lift Sachets
The original fast processing Elleebana TGA sachet system. Classic lash lift only, ideal for experienced artists who want speed on coarse or resistant lashes. 5 pack AED 140, 10 pack AED 215.

Maxymova Supreme | Step 1 + Step 2 Sachets 1.5 ml
Italian TGA system for classic lash lifts, now in matched Step 1 Lift and Step 2 Fix pairs of single use 1.5 ml sachets. 5 pack AED 130, 10 pack AED 230, or AED 15 per single sachet.
Shop Supreme SachetsCysteamine HCl: gentle, forgiving, lashes and brows
GentleLow odourLashes and browsKorean liftOur default
This is the newer generation of lifting lotion and the one we recommend as the default for most UAE clients. Cysteamine works at a lower pH, so it is gentler on the lash and gives you a wider processing window. It also has far less odour than a thioglycolate formula, so the treatment room stays fresh and the client is not lying there breathing in a chemical smell for ten minutes. If a client has fine lashes, previously lifted lashes or sensitive eyes, this is the safer choice, and it is the right chemistry for brow lamination.
Elleebana Profusion Lash & Brow Lami Sachets 0.5 ml
TGA free cysteamine system for both lash lifts and brow lamination. Each 0.5 ml sachet is one service. 5 pack AED 140, 10 pack AED 215.

Shop Miko SachetsCysteamine plus TGA: the best of both for stubborn lashes and resistant brows
BalancedCoarse hairLashes and browsWide window
There is also a middle option, and for many UAE clients it is the perfect one. The Maxymova Bella Collection combines a cysteamine base with a small amount of thioglycolate. Cysteamine keeps the formula gentle and the processing window wide, while that touch of TGA gives it the extra strength needed to penetrate thick, stubborn lashes and resistant brow hair deep enough to reshape it properly. The result is a beautiful, long lasting lift or lamination on hair that a pure cysteamine formula would struggle with, without the over processing risk of a full strength TGA lotion. If your client base includes a lot of coarse, dark, resistant hair, this is the sachet to reach for.
Maxymova Bella Collection | Step 1 + Step 2 Sachets 1 ml
Matched pairs of Bella Step 1 Lift and Step 2 Fix in single use 1 ml sachets, enough for lashes and brows on the same client. 5 pack AED 90, 10 pack AED 175, 15 pack AED 250. Also as a 3 step pack with the Repair Balm sachet.
Shop Bella SachetsA simple way to decide
During the consultation, look at the lashes and ask two questions. Are they coarse and straight, or fine and soft? Have they been lifted or tinted in the last eight weeks?
- Fine, treated or sensitive lashes, and every brow lamination: cysteamine (Profusion or Miko).
- Thick, stubborn lashes and resistant brows: the cysteamine plus TGA blend (Bella).
- Very coarse, untreated lashes, classic lift, experienced artist: a full TGA formula (One Shot or Supreme). Lashes only.
Processing times are usually between 5 and 12 minutes depending on the brand and the lash, and in a warm UAE treatment room you may need to reduce your time by 30 to 60 seconds. Always check the lashes halfway through rather than relying on the timer alone.
One sachet, two services: the lash and brow combo
Here is the smartest way to get more from every sachet, and it is completely within the manufacturer's guidelines. Some systems come in sachets with more product than one lash lift needs. Miko Korean Lash Lift and the Maxymova Bella Collection both use 1 ml sachets. Open one for your client, lift the lashes, then use the rest of the same sachet to laminate her brows in the same appointment. Same client, same sitting, same sachet.
A Miko Step 1 and Step 2 pair costs AED 24 in product from the 10 pack, a Bella pair AED 17.50. A lash lift on its own earns you one service fee from that sachet. A lash lift plus brow lamination on the same client earns you two service fees from the same sachet, and the client leaves with a complete eye transformation in one visit. In the UAE, freelance artists typically charge AED 450 to 500 for the lash and brow combo, and salons charge AED 800 or more. Either way, the sachet is the cheapest part of the appointment, and the combo is the easiest upsell you will ever make. And as you will see below, it is only the start of what one client is worth.
Two rules keep this safe and effective. First, it only works with the larger 1 ml sachets of a cysteamine or cysteamine blend system. Elleebana Profusion sachets are 0.5 ml, which is the right amount for one service, so use a fresh Profusion sachet for the brows, and TGA sachets stay on the lashes. Second, the sachet stays with one client. Do not save the leftover for the next appointment. Once opened, the product starts to weaken, and sharing a sachet between two people is a hygiene risk that no brand supports. One client, one sachet, as many services as the sachet covers.
The lift itself is only half the service. The last five minutes in the chair, and the two minutes at the front desk, are where the premium price lives.
In the chair: the finishing step you charge for
Clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are used to premium, and a nourishing final step is the easiest way to justify a higher price and win repeat bookings. It goes on straight after Step 2, takes a few minutes, and turns a lift into a treatment. Every system we stock has one, so use the finishing step that belongs to your system, or mix and match.
One useful difference from the lifting lotions: balms, masks and keratin serums are not active chemistry. They do not oxidise or go off the way Step 1 and Step 2 do, so here a bottle or tube makes perfect sense. Buy the big size, keep it closed and out of the sun, and it will happily see you through months of clients.

The full ticket from one client
Put the three parts together: the lash and brow combo from one sachet pair, a finishing step you charge for, and one retail product at the desk. This is what one client is worth against what she costs you in product. Add a finishing step for AED 15 of product, hand her a Growth Booster or Elleeplex Advanced on the way out, and the sachet has quietly become the cheapest thing in the whole appointment.
One sachet pair. One client. Two services, a finishing step and a retail sale.

Simple inventory habits that protect your profit
Most lost money in a lash business does not come from expensive products. It comes from expired stock, wasted half bottles and turning clients away because you ran out. A few simple habits fix this.
- Count your lifts, not your stations. Look at your bookings for the last three months and work out your average number of lash lifts per week across the whole salon. A five station salon doing 25 lifts a week needs about 25 sachets a week, so three 10 packs of Profusion. You order for the salon, not per chair.
- Keep a one week buffer. Never let your refills drop below one week of stock. This protects you from a sudden busy week, an Eid rush or a wedding season spike.
- First in, first out. When new stock arrives, put it behind the older stock so you always use the oldest sachets first. Check the expiry date on every box.
- Buy the bigger pack, then buy more of them. The Profusion 10 pack costs about AED 21.50 per treatment compared with AED 28 per treatment for the 5 pack, so if you do more than five lifts a fortnight the 10 pack pays for itself. And salons that stock up get a second discount on top: order 9 or more packs in one go and we take a further 20 percent off. For a five station salon that gets through three 10 packs a week, that is one order a month at the best price we offer, and the sachets keep for 12 to 24 months unopened, so nothing is wasted.
- Stock Step 1 on its own. Many artists use a little more lifting lotion than fixing lotion, especially on full sets. Every brand we stock sells Step 1 separately, so you never end up with a drawer of unused Step 2: the Elleeplex Step 1 only 10 pack, the Miko Step 1 15 pack, Maxymova Supreme Step 1 sachets and Bella Step 1.
Elleeplex Lash & Brow Lami Step 1 Only (10 pack)
Balance your inventory when you use more Step 1 than Step 2. 10 sachets, AED 140. Step 1 is also sold separately for Miko, Supreme and Bella.
Shop Step 1 OnlyApplication tips that save product and time
Better technique also means less waste. Four small changes make a noticeable difference, in the order you do them.
Cleanse and prime before you lift. Oils, mascara, sunscreen and skincare residue stop the lotion from working evenly, and it is the number one reason for a patchy lift. A dedicated lash shampoo gives you a clean surface. For the Korean technique go one step further with a lash lift primer: a neutral pH formula that removes the invisible barriers without stressing the cuticle, dries residue free in two to three minutes, and lets Step 1 process evenly from root to tip.

Miko Korean Lash Lift Treatment Primer
The prep step of the Miko system. One drop on a micro brush, comb through, let it dry, and Step 1 penetrates evenly. Works before any lash lift system. AED 100.
Shop Miko PrimerUse a balm adhesive instead of liquid glue. A balm lets you place and adjust lashes on the shield without rushing, and it does not go tacky in a humid room. It also lets the lifting lotion reach the lash evenly, so you use less product per eye. We stock a balm for every system: ElleeBALM for Elleebana, the Miko Korean Lash Lift Balm Adhesive (AED 140), a slow setting, water soluble balm made for the Korean technique, and the Maxymova Clear Lash Balm (AED 65) for the Supreme and Bella systems. Any of the three works with any brand of sachet, so pick the one that suits your hand.
ElleeBALM Lami Balm Adhesive
Elleebana's balm adhesive for lash lifts and brow lamination. Easy to reposition, easy to remove, and works with sachet systems. AED 150.
Shop ElleeBALMSqueeze every drop. Fold the sachet and use a flat application brush to scrape it out. One sachet is enough for a full set if you apply a thin, even layer and keep the lotion off the tips.
Stay away from the tips. Apply lifting lotion from the root to about two thirds of the way up the lash. The tips are the finest part of the hair and process fastest. Keeping them clean is the single best way to avoid frizz.

Why UAE salons order their refills from usWe are a professional only supplier based in Dubai. We do not sell to the public, so the products you use stay in the hands of trained artists and your services keep their value. Everything we sell is sourced directly from the brand and stored in proper conditions before it reaches you. As the authorised UAE distributor for Elleebana, Miko by LBLA and Maxymova, we can confirm the authenticity of every sachet, which matters when so many counterfeit lash products are sold online in the region.
Delivery is local. Orders ship from Dubai to every emirate and to the wider GCC, so you are not waiting weeks for international shipping or dealing with customs. That is what makes the one week buffer rule realistic. And if you are ever unsure which formula or pack size suits your clients, our team works with lash artists across the UAE every day and is happy to advise.

How many treatments do I get from a lash lift refill?
It depends on the brand. Elleebana Profusion and One Shot come in 5 or 10 sachet packs, the Miko Korean Lash Lift refill comes as a 5 or 10 pack with Step 1 and Step 2 sachets paired, and Maxymova Supreme comes as a 5 or 10 pack of matched pairs or by the single sachet. One sachet is one full treatment. We do not recommend splitting a sachet between two clients, because the product starts to weaken as soon as it is opened.
How long do unopened sachets last?
Unopened sachets usually keep for 12 to 24 months from the manufacturing date. In the UAE, that only holds if they are stored properly: closed drawer, room temperature, away from sunlight and heat. Always check the date on the box before use.
Can I use the same refill for brow lamination?
Only if it is a cysteamine or cysteamine blend dual system. Elleebana Profusion, Miko Korean Lash Lift and Maxymova Bella Collection all work for lash lifts and brow lamination. With the 1 ml Miko or Bella sachets you can do both services on the same client from one sachet. Profusion sachets are 0.5 ml, so use one sachet per service. TGA lotions such as One Shot and Supreme are for classic lash lifts only and should not be used on brows.
Can I use a TGA lotion for a Korean lash lift?
No. The Korean lash lift is a gentle, natural technique built around low pH cysteamine lotions and balm adhesives. Use Miko or Elleebana Profusion for the Korean finish and keep TGA lotions for classic lifts on strong lashes.
Why has my lash lift lotion changed colour or smell?
A colour change or a strong sulphur smell means the product has oxidised. It has lost its strength and will give an unreliable result. Discard it and open a fresh sachet.
What should I do if I over process a client's lashes?
Apply a restorative treatment straight away, such as Maxymova Goccia or Elleeplex ReGen, to add moisture and protein back into the lash. Do not lift those lashes again for at least six to eight weeks, and send the client home with a nourishing aftercare serum.
Do Elleebana sachets work with other brands of shields?
Yes. The lotion reacts with the lash, not with the shield, so you can use Elleebana sachets with Maxymova, Miko or other silicone shields. Just make sure the shields are clean and the adhesive is fresh.
Is there a discount for salons that order in bulk?
Yes. The 10 pack is already cheaper per treatment than the 5 pack, and salons that order 9 or more packs in one order get a further 20 percent off. Unopened sachets keep for 12 to 24 months, so a monthly bulk order is the cheapest way for a multi station salon to buy.
How often should a UAE salon reorder refills?
Every two to four weeks for most salons, depending on volume. Because we deliver locally from Dubai, you can order little and often rather than tying up cash in large stock that may expire.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates and to GCC countries.
